Real talk. I place creative excellence and quality control at the heart of everything I do, ultimately to make better work and ensure impeccable client retention and growth across the region.

I manage a team of brilliant creatives and producers, to create a kind and patient, yet energetic studio culture with a positive balance of support and independence. I deeply believe that a warm, approachable team environment with inclusivity at its core creates a place to work that feels good for the soul, where creativity flows more freely and communication rarely breaks down. I absolutely bloody love a team brainstorm and always appreciate that the team will more passionately champion a creative project when they were part of its inception.

I tread a fine line between having an incredibly competitive spirit – which sees me striving to surprise my team members and clients with unexpected ideas that perfectly nail the strategy and backing those ideas with confidence and doing what it takes* to get decisions over the line – and wanting to have a nice time at work – which sees me keeping a level head, choosing laughter over stress, and refusing to develop a creative ego that impacts my positive relationships with colleagues or clients. This has served me pretty well.

*by this I mean smashing out a screenplay and happily performing it to a sea of stakeholders who largely have their cameras off, as opposed to poisoning the local river.

I have largely worked in small creative agencies or studios of 10 or so, often building teams from scratch for retained clients with “best in class” expectations, such as Google or Netflix. This is why I am start up-y – hands on, ambitious and unfazed by experimenting with big ideas, new formats or cutting edge technology.

By leveraging data, social trends and local insights on the ground, I’ve been fortunate to create some cool work that resonated well across APAC markets. I love living in Singapore and hope to spend the next decade here with my husband and eggs, so if you fancy a coffee and an industry chinwag, hit me up via contact info I’ve scattergunned across the site.
